This Privacy Policy explains how RagyStudio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Luminex Run (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide or Authorize

• Nickname chosen by you for your player profile. We do not require this to be your real name.
• Avatar and other in-game profile customization chosen by you.
• Information associated with account sign-in or account linking, such as Google Play Games account information, where made available by your authentication provider.

You may play using an anonymous account or choose to sign in or link your account with Google Play Games. Depending on how you access the App, we may process account-related information such as your unique user ID, sign-in provider, email address, and display name made available through Google Play Games and Firebase Authentication.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language, app version, and technical service configuration data.
• Approximate location information, such as country or region, inferred from IP address or device and network information.
• Advertising identifiers, such as Google Advertising ID, where permitted by law, consent choices, and device settings.
• Gameplay and usage data, such as sessions, progress, scores, feature usage, and interaction with game systems.

c) Game Progress, Player Profile, and Activity Data

• Game progress, unlocked content, inventory, virtual currencies, and related account state.
• Player profile information such as nickname, avatar, avatar color, favorite track, rank, and gameplay statistics.
• Recent run history, track scores, accuracy, rankings, and leaderboard entries.
• Account status information related to account deletion requests and restoration during the pending deletion period.

This data is stored and synchronized using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Remote Config, and App Check.

3. How We Use Information

• Operate and maintain the App.
• Authenticate players, link accounts, restore saved progress, and secure access to game features.
• Save progress and display leaderboards.
• Improve gameplay, performance, and stability.
• Show rewarded advertisements.
• Verify rewarded ad completion, grant rewards, and prevent fraud or duplicate reward claims.
• Process in-app purchases, validate transactions, grant purchased content, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob) and Consent

Luminex Run currently uses Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements only.

To support advertising, Google and its partners may process certain data such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from IP or network information, and ad interaction data, subject to applicable law, consent choices, and device settings.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required by law and to allow users to review or update available privacy choices.

When a rewarded ad is watched, reward-related verification data may be processed by Google AdMob and our backend services to confirm eligibility for the in-game reward and to prevent fraud or duplicate rewards.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

We do not currently use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics SDKs in the App. We may review aggregated reporting and platform statistics made available by Google, such as Firebase console or Google Play Console reports. If we introduce Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar tools in the App in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. All payment transactions are processed by Google, and we do not collect or store your full payment card or banking details.

To validate purchases, prevent fraud, and grant purchased content, we may process and store limited purchase-related information such as product identifiers, purchase tokens, order identifiers, purchase status, entitlement or grant status, and related transaction verification records.

7. Notifications

The App may send gameplay-related notifications, such as reminders about rewards or in-game timers, using local notifications on your device.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. If we introduce push notifications or cloud messaging services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Certain profile and gameplay information may be visible to other players through in-game features such as player profiles and leaderboards. This may include your nickname, avatar, avatar color, rank, scores, leaderboard position, and gameplay statistics.

We may share or disclose information only in the following circumstances:

• With Google services and infrastructure we use to operate the App, such as Google AdMob, Google Play Games / Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Remote Config, and App Check.
• With service providers acting on our behalf where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the App.
• With authorities, regulators, or law enforcement if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the App.

9. Data Retention

• We retain account and gameplay data while your account or game progress remains active.
• Players can request account deletion directly from within the App.
• When a deletion request is submitted, the account enters a pending deletion period of up to 30 days, during which the player may cancel the request.
• If the request is not canceled, the account and associated profile and gameplay data are deleted after the pending period, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping obligations.
• Some public leaderboard entries may be anonymized rather than fully removed in order to preserve leaderboard integrity.
• Certain limited records, such as purchase verification records, rewarded ad verification records, or security-related records, may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw or change consent choices related to advertising where available.

11. Children's Privacy

Luminex Run is intended for users who are at least 13 years old and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the App or provide personal information through the App.

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us through the App, please contact us at support@luminexrun.com. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner not permitted by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
