Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Luminex Run (the “Game”), developed and published by RagyStudio (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may only use the Game with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. Accounts and Player Profiles

• You may play the Game anonymously or link your account using supported services (such as Google Sign-In).
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or profile.
• You agree not to use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate nicknames or avatars.

4. Virtual Items and Currencies

The Game may include virtual items or virtual currencies (such as in-game resources). These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

We reserve the right to modify, balance, or remove virtual items or currencies at any time.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases through the platform provider (such as Google Play). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

6. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements, including rewarded ads. By watching a rewarded ad, you may receive in-game rewards as described in the Game.

Rewards are virtual and may be changed, limited, or removed at our discretion.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game or its servers.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

8. Leaderboards and Online Features

The Game may include leaderboards or online features. Displayed scores, rankings, or statistics may be reset, modified, or removed at any time.

9. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if you violate these Terms or misuse the Game.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RagyStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
